Det forventes et stort antall kranser til begravelsen. Derfor kan vi ikke garantere hvilken plassering blomsterkransen vil få. Plasseringen avgjøres ut fra seremonielle, protokollære og praktiske hensyn, basert på Slottets og UD sine retningslinjer for en slik anledning.
Blomsterkransene vil bli plassert i Oslo Domkirke, eller ved Akershus slottskirke. Dersom det kommer flere blomsterhilsner enn kapasiteten gir rom for, vil blomsterkranser også bli plassert på tilrettelagte områder.
Størrelse
Vår tydelige anbefaling er å bestille blomsterkrans med diameter ikke større enn 60 cm. Dermed får vi plass til flest mulig blomsterhilsener.
Farger
Det vil være opp til avsenderen av blomsterkransen å bestemme blomstertype(r) og farge(r) på blomsterkransen. Det vil ikke bli gitt noen føringer på dette, blant annet på grunn av tilgangen på blomster.
Kransebånd/Sløyfebånd
Det er vanlig at blomsterkranser har 2 sløyfebånd. Her kan man skrive en hilsen, og hvem blomsterkransen er fra.
Bestillingsfrist
Av hensyn til planlegging, logistikk og tilgang på blomster, ber vi om at bestillinger registreres så tidlig som mulig.

Many people wish to honour the memory of King Harald V by sending flowers to the funeral.
A large number of wreaths is expected for the funeral. Therefore, we cannot guarantee where an individual wreath will be placed. Placement will be determined based on ceremonial, protocol, and practical considerations, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Royal Household and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for such an occasion.
The wreaths will be placed in Oslo Cathedral or at the Akershus Castle Chapel. Should the number of floral tributes exceed the available capacity at these locations, wreaths may also be displayed in designated areas prepared for this purpose.
Size
We strongly recommend ordering a wreath with a diameter of no more than 60 cm (24 inches). This will help ensure that as many floral tributes as possible can be accommodated.
Colours
The sender may choose the type(s) of flowers and colour(s) for the wreath. No restrictions or specific guidelines will be imposed, partly due to the availability of flowers.
Ribbon Message
It is customary for funeral wreaths to include two ribbon streamers. These may be used to display a personal message and the name of the sender.
Order Deadline
To support planning, logistics, and flower availability, we kindly ask that orders be placed as early as possible.
